Shipping methods

The products are delivered by courier services directly to our customer to the shipping address given in the order.

By filling in the required data in the documents of the final procedure of the order, necessary to activate the procedure for the execution of the contract and the subsequent communications, the user authorizes the seller to communicate such data to trusted couriers and / or forwarding agents used for the delivery of the purchased products.

In case of requests for additional machining, this timeframe may be subject to changes, which will be communicated to the purchaser. The delivery time, which will in any case never exceed those provided by art. 6 Decree. Legislative. 185/1999 (30 days from date of order). In the absence of the recipient upon delivery, a notification will be left and the customer must personally contact the currier as soon as possibleor in order to agree upon delivery methods.

The Seller assumes no responsibility for problems caused due to force majeure such as accidents, explosions, fires, strikes, earthquakes and other events that prevent, in whole or in part, the execution of the contract within the agreed time. In addition, the Seller will not be considered liable for any damages, losses and costs incurred as a result of the failure to execute the contract for the reasons mentioned above, since the customer is only entitled to a refund of the price.

If it is not possible to complete the delivery, the product will stay at the warehouse of the shipper for 4 days, then it will be returned to the Seller.
In that case, via e-mail communication from the Seller to the Consumer, pursuant to art. 1456 c., the contract will be considered canceled. The costs and the expected shipping types can vary depending on the country and the mode of delivery chosen by the customer.

Delivery

The preparation of the goods will take place within 48 hours from the confirmation of the payment, Monday to Friday from 10.00 to 19.00 and on Saturday from 10.00 to 12.30. Depending on the destination country of the shipment, the delivery time may differ.
These time-frames are expressly indicated at the time of conclusion of the order.

Prices and shipping costs

The prices of all products sold on the website are taxes included. The shipping costs are indicated in the order.

Courier

Diamanti & Carati collaborates with DHL / UPS / TNT / FEDEX for shipping orders to customers. You can track the shipment on the carrier’s website for national and international orders. Our shipments are also insured, so as to protect ourselves and our customers from any future inconvenience.

Return policy

Right of withdrawal

Il Venditore concede di esercitare il diritto di recesso e restituire il prodotto ricevuto, senza alcuna penalità e senza specificarne il motivo.

The Seller agrees to exercise the right of withdrawal and return the product received, without any penalty and without specifying the reason.

The Products must be returned intact, undamaged, the boxes must not show signs of wear, abrasions and scratches.
All the documentation and related products included in the first shipment must also be present.
Products that are returned incomplete, ruined, damaged, deteriorated will not be refunded.

The Seller has the right not to accept the return or not to fully refund the sums paid for the purchase, in relation to those products that have been altered in their essential and qualitative characteristics or that have been damaged.

The costs of returning compliant products will be borne by the User.

If the right of withdrawal is correctly exercised, the Seller will refund any sums already collected by the User for the purchase of the products, net of shipping costs.

After verifying the correct execution of the return contract and checking the returned products, the Seller undertakes to reimburse the user, within 14 days of physical receipt of the goods (delivery), using the same payment method used by the User for the purchase of returned products.

Return procedure

The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract signed with the Seller without any penalty and without having to provide any reasons within 14 days from the day you received the products purchased on the Site in question.

To proceed with the return, simply send an email to: info@diamantiecarati.com with the return request and the order number.
Once received, we will send the customer, via email, the instructions and documents to return the order quickly and easily.
Alternatively, we will provide a telephone contact, to follow the customer in the procedure.

Conditions of the products to be returned

the products have not been used, worn, or damaged;
the products are returned in their original packaging which has no scratches or damage;
the products are returned together with all the documentation provided.

Return of products

The shipping costs for the return are charged to the customer.
The shipping address is Diamanti & Carati Gioiellerie – Via Palermo 22, 39100 Bolzano, Italy.
In case of loss or damage to the products during transport, it will not be possible to proceed with the refund.

Refund times and methods

In the event of a correct return and positive outcome of the checks of the aforementioned requirements, Diamanti & Carati will refund the customer the amount paid for the goods, net of shipping costs.

The refund will be made within 14 days of receipt of the goods.
The customer will be updated at every stage of the process.

Request for billing

In case of need to invoice their purchase, the customer, no later than 5 days after placing the order, can send an email to info@diamantiecarati.com, displaying the billing request and entering all the data necessary for issue a regular invoice.

We will take care to update you on the progress of the process.

12 months warranty

The products are covered by a legal guarantee of 12 months from the date of purchase. The guarantee will be valid only if the use of the product will be evaluated by Diamanti & Carati compliant.
Rhodium plating defects caused by incorrect use of the product, accidental breakage of stones and locking mechanisms are not covered by the warranty.
